Exclusive use of the property including the 3 bedroom house for yourself or your guests Friday and Saturday night (4 p.m. Friday through 1 p.m. Sunday) and ceremony gazebo
Tables, chairs, and basic linens
China, glassware, and flatware
Use of in-house decorations, including lights, candles, crystal vases, etc.
Set-up and tear-down of all tables, chairs, place settings and decorations
Assistance for the Bridal Party on the wedding day
Refreshments for the Bridal Party prior to the ceremony
Sunday morning coffee and pastry for guests of Cottonwood
From the moment you book An Affair by the Lake, we begin working to make sure that everything is exactly the way you envision it. Our services include:
Contacting and coordinating all vendors prior to the wedding
Overseeing and coordinating vendors and events the day of the wedding
Meeting with you on two occasions prior to the wedding to verify that all arrangements are proceeding as planned
